The service from the staff was exceptional. They are friendly, professional and helpful. The room was really nice but would have been nicer if there was more space. The location was perfect for getting to and from our explorations around the city. It rained a few times throughout the trip, so it handy that the hotel provided umbrellas as they came in handy. We were also able to take them with us when we left, which we were grateful for. The breakfast was amazing, we only wish we had the more room to eat more. Lol. The designs, interior and smell around the hotel was amazing.

Nice modern hotel with great staff. Location is a bit out from centre, but with public transport this is not an issue. Close to some really nice local restaurants and near the beautiful BAM park.

Rooms size (25M) is good as I booked a double suite room on the 12 floor, which is one floor down from the roof top bar. It is a double glass Windows so the noise fr bar did not impact me. The hotel style is very modern and new. Location is great which is 4 min walk to the Giola underground station of Green line or 8 min walk to the Centrale station for red and yellow line. All Staff are brilliant who are very passionate and enthusiastic, specific kudos to Piola who patiently gave me so much support for my PCR test report which is in Italian and I needed English translation and printing etc from him very desparately. B'fast looks great but I did not try. Hyatt Centric is the third hotel I stayed during my 8 days trip in Milan, it is by far the best hotel experience I hv during Milan, considered the cost of value in terms of Location, cleaningness , and overall experience . U must try the roof top bar!

Another enjoyable stay at the Hyatt Centric. Rooms are very comfortable, excellent air-conditioning and great bathrooms. Used room service for the first time on this stay, as I was watching the Women's Euro Final - super prompt and efficient. The staff are so nice and helpful, couldn't have done more. Couple of good places to eat on the next street and an excellent coffee shop at the end of the block. Perfectly located for transport links. I will definitely return.

A good option if you need to move around a lot with trains, as it is located near Milan Centrale. Not a great neighbourhood I have to say. No breakfast included, but they do offer self-made coffee (there is a coffee machine and free of charge capsules in the room) every morning.

lovely rooms with beautiful view. nice bathroom, comfortable big bed. love the lights on the windows. air con worked perfectly. Rooms was specious and clean at all times. great and helpful staff.

Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric. Staff could not have been more helpful, from reception, to catering, cleaning and the rooftop bar. The rooms are really comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and well stocked. Good position for walking to Milano Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and the Bosco Verticale. Easy access to central Milan via metro nearby. Good food in restaurant and nice breakfast. The rooftop bar is a real bonus, with excellent views of Milan. I really enjoyed my stay here, will definitely return, as I visit Milan regularly.
